August SAT is your last summer testing opportunity. If you're taking it, you're ready!

Test Date

August 23, 2025

• Registration deadline: August 8, 2025
• Late registration: August 12, 2025 (+$35 fee)

Consider This If...

• You didn't reach your target score in spring
• You want a final superscore improvement
• You're applying EA/ED and need scores by November

Not Necessary If...

• You already hit your target
• You're applying test-optional
• More prep won't meaningfully improve your score

Final Prep Tips

• Focus on highest-impact weak areas
• Take 1-2 practice tests in the 2 weeks before
• Don't cram — it rarely helps and increases stress

After August SAT

• Scores release around September 9
• Use these for all application deadlines
• October 4 is the last date for November 1 deadlines (scores ~October 18)
