Register for March SAT

Overview

March is the most important SAT date for juniors. Registering early ensures you get your preferred test center!

March 14, 2026

• Registration deadline: February 27, 2026
• Late registration: March 3, 2026 (+$35 fee)

Why March Is Important

• You'll have scores back by early April
• Time to retake in May or June if needed
• You'll be well-prepared after fall/winter prep
• Ideal testing window for juniors

Registration Steps

1. Go to mysat.collegeboard.org
2. Sign in or create account
3. Select March 14, 2026
4. Choose your test center (popular ones fill quickly!)
5. Pay $68 or use fee waiver
6. Print admission ticket

What If You're Not Ready?

If practice scores are far below your target, consider waiting until May. However, having a baseline official score often helps guide your prep strategy, so taking March is usually worthwhile.

Accommodations

If you need extended time or other accommodations, submit your request through College Board SSD by early January.
