Types of Leadership

Formal Positions

Informal Leadership

• Mentoring new members
• Organizing events or projects
• Taking initiative
• Being reliable and helpful

Freshman Leadership Opportunities

Realistic First Steps

• Freshman class representative

• Starting a new club (founder = automatic leadership!)
