Your inbox is chaos. School emails mixed with promotions, important deadlines buried under newsletters. Solyo's Email feature brings order to the mess — automatically.


Getting Started

Open Email from your dashboard. You'll see four tabs:

  • Accounts — manage your connected email accounts
  • Categories — see how your emails are organized
  • Senders — analytics on who's emailing you
  • Unsubscribe — clean up unwanted emails

Start by connecting a Gmail account on the Accounts tab. Once connected, Solyo starts analyzing your emails.


Auto Categorization

Solyo sorts your emails into 22 categories like School, Finance, Health, Shopping, Delivery, and more. Each category shows:

  • How many senders are in it
  • The top senders at a glance
  • A unique color and icon so you can spot categories instantly

Turn on Auto Discovery and Solyo will automatically categorize new emails as they arrive. You can always override any category manually.

Custom categories

The 22 defaults not enough? Create your own categories to match how you think about your email.


Sender Analytics

The Senders tab gives you a clear picture of your inbox:

  • Total emails received and how many unique senders you have
  • Search and sort senders by name, email count, category, or last email date
  • Click any sender to see their email trends, category, and unsubscribe options

Unsubscribe & Privacy

Tired of newsletters you never read? The Unsubscribe tab helps you:

  • See which senders offer unsubscribe options
  • Detect the unsubscribe method automatically
  • Unsubscribe with one click

Solyo even checks the safety of unsubscribe links before you click them.
