Manage your subscription, personalize your Solyo experience, and configure your account.

Your Account page is where you manage your subscription and personalize how Solyo works for you.
Your Subscription
At the top of the Account page, you'll see your current plan:
- Plan type — Starter, Personal, or Premium
- Status — Active, Free Trial, or Canceled (color-coded)
- Billing cycle — Monthly or Yearly
- Renewal date — with a heads-up when it's coming soon
Click Manage Subscription to upgrade your plan, switch billing cycles, update payment methods, or cancel.
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. Explore everything Solyo has to offer — no commitment required.
Personalize Your Experience
The Context section lets you share information that helps Solyo give you better, more relevant answers. Think of it as teaching Solyo about your life.
There are six optional categories you can fill in:

| Personal & Family | Family members, their grades, schools, activities |
| Hobbies & Interests | Sports, hobbies, what you do for fun |
| Shopping | Favorite stores and brands |
| Travel | Commute info, vacation preferences |
| Language & Culture | Languages spoken, cultural background |
| Money Matters | Financial goals, important dates |
Each category has an on/off toggle. Only enable what you're comfortable sharing — no pressure.
The more context Solyo has, the better it can tailor its answers. For example, if you share your student's grade level and activities, the Counselor can give more relevant college recommendations.
Managing Your Account
From the subscription page, you can:
- Compare plans — see what each tier offers (Personal at $14.99/mo or Premium at $24.99/mo)
- Switch billing — toggle between monthly and yearly (save with annual billing)
- Update payment — manage cards and billing info through Stripe
- Cancel — you'll keep access until your current period ends
