Connect PowerSchool
Open Grades from your dashboard and add your student. Solyo connects to PowerSchool to pull in all courses, grades, assignments, and attendance data.
You can set up daily automatic sync so grades stay up to date, or refresh manually anytime.

What You See
Summary
The overview shows all courses at a glance with color-coded grades — green for A's, orange for B's, red for anything below. You'll also see attendance counts (absences and tardies).
Course Details
Click any course to dive deeper:
- Current grade with trend indicator (e.g., "up from B+ last period")
- Recent assignments with scores and color-coded progress bars
- Upcoming work due in the next 7 days
- Grade trend chart showing how the grade has changed over time
GPA Tracking
Solyo calculates both unweighted and weighted GPA automatically:
- Weighted GPA includes bonuses for Honors (+0.5), AP, and IB courses (+1.0)
- Track GPA across semesters and years
- See cumulative GPA progression
What-If Analysis
Wondering "what if I got an A in Math instead of a B?" The What-If analyzer shows you exactly how each grade improvement would affect your GPA — and ranks which courses have the biggest impact.
Staying on Track
- Upcoming assignments are flagged with smart labels like "Due Today" or "Due Tomorrow"
- Grade changes are highlighted so you never miss an update
