Spring break is an ideal time for college visits because you can see campus while school is in session. A little planning now ensures you make the most of it!

When to Visit

• During spring break (campus active, students around)
• Long weekends
• Avoid: Finals weeks and school breaks (campus feels empty)

How to Schedule

1. Go to each college's admissions website
2. Look for "Visit" or "Campus Tours"
3. Register 2-4 weeks in advance
4. Sign up for info session too if available

What to Do During Visits

• Take the official tour
• Eat in the dining hall
• Walk through academic buildings for your intended major
• Explore the surrounding neighborhood
• Talk to current students (not just tour guides)
• Sit in on a class if possible
